Spacious family home with conservatory, garden, spacious kitchen, 2 toilets and Jacuzzi bathtub in the main bathroom. Cosy setting in each bedroom and all rooms include a TV

There is a 15 minute walk to the town centre and a 7-10 minute walk to Gillingham Railway station. Central London is a 45-50 minute train journey. The property is also a 5 minute drive away from the University of Kent Medway campus and similarly a 5 minute drive away from Chatham Dockside shopping outlet and the marina. There is a bus stop on the same street as the property so good transport links into the Gillingham town centre and Chatham as well.
