Enjoy a break in a large immaculate fully fitted private modern house with four double bedrooms in a quiet private cul -de -sac with ample parking , accessed through privately owned driveway .Ideal for corporate or private stays .The house is close to both Nottingham and Derby with the tram , bus and train links all only 5 minutes drive away . There is a large Tesco and retail park both within walking distance .There are also parks close by<br />Perfect for events in both Nottingham and Derby
