Our spacious and airy apartment is on the top floor of a quirky Arts and Crafts house. Set in a secret garden with fabulous views over the Torridge Estuary, it has private access to the Tarka Trail and is only minutes from Instow's sandy beaches and lovely eateries. Guests are welcome to relax on the secluded lawns, play croquet, or simply enjoy watching the sunset reflecting on ever-changing tides.

We love to welcome guests to our lovely home and estuary. We have loads of interests from water sports to the arts, via gardening and history and are happy to point you in whatever direction takes your fancy, but we won't intrude if you just want to escape!

The house and garden are very private, but in no time you can walk down the garden path to cycle on the Tarka Trail or stroll to the beach, or John's deli, or one of the waterside restaurants, cafes and pubs. North Devon Yacht Club is just across the road or a short drive will take you to wake boarding, the Big Sheep, Tapeley Park, RHS Rosemoor, historic Clovelly, or events like the Appledore Book Festival, Pilton's Green Man pageant and Barnstaple Fringe Fest. Everywhere you turn there are fab views, clotted cream teas and artisan food and drink!
