We are a family run establishment, Emma running the bed and breakfast as well as being mother to two young children and Ian having a Groundworks business and helping out when he can. We are of Scottish and Irish decent and enjoy the 'crack' with the guests.

Property info

We have 6 bedrooms available in our Town House style bed and breakfast. 5 of which are en-suite and the 6th room has its own use shower room. The property is over three floors with 39 stairs to the top floor two rooms. The dining room and a large family room are available on the ground floor with 3 further rooms available on the first floor. We also have access to a further three luxury super-king en-suite bedrooms (can also be turned into twin rooms) within its own self catering unit with garden area just five doors down from the main building, again with amazing views over Agnew Park and Loch Ryan.
