From all the villa, terraces, balcony and garden you can admire a wide panorama with stunning views of the lake and the mountains. Ideal for families or friends reunion, but also for couples seeking for a special place. The house is very quiet and private, but it is possible to find more life just walking to the main beach of the village, where the locals, the tourists and the windsurfers meet. 2 private car parks.

Cremia and the Northern part of Lake Como in general, is known worldwide as one of the best spots for sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. A local wind from South comes every day in the early afternoon and assures fun for the sail lovers...and a fresh breeze in hot days! In the village, within walking distance from the house, there are a couple of good restaurants-pizzerias and coffe bars. Other 2 good restaurants a bit further, but also easy to reach by foot, along the lake promenade. The beautiful 4 km pedestrian lake promenade from Cremia to Musso passes right in front of the villa and allows to enjoy marvellous views of the lake and the mountains during a relaxing walk.
