Little Holly's tranquil location offers guests a backstage pass to the New Forest- showing off Brockenhurst's rolling countryside in all her glory! Kitted out with all you need to make yourself at home. Little Holly is brand new & purpose built as a holiday annexe- designed to ensure you'll enjoy a private & peaceful stay! Guests have a few options of places to eat, drink and be merry nearby, with a lovely pub just a few doors down, a brewery and farm shop, only 200 yards away. Little Holly's smart heating ensures you'll be comfortable at all times, and the sofa is set up to snuggle into, with the TV & firestick at-the-ready. The kitchen set-up here includes a toaster, kettle, air-frier & fridge-freezer, so you can keep a bottle of something chilled, or get set-up for breakfast. When you are ready to call it a night, blackout blinds and the super king bed ensure a good nights sleep, whilst the spacious bathroom's walk-in rainfall shower will revive you ready for a day of adventures. There is offroad parking for one car on the private driveaway (shared with the owners whose home is next door) and, from March, guests will have a private courtyard. Back home, your pristine & private annexe (newly built in '25) offers an incredibly peaceful retreat, with a twinkly courtyard garden beckoning for a nightcap!

We are a friendly, family of 4, having grown up in the area, we are excited to share our love of the New Forest with you.

With the New Forest quite literally on your doorstep, the woodlands that surround can be enjoyed on foot or by bike (bike storage is available upon request), making Little Holly the perfect base to explore Brockenhurst's beautiful countryside from. With woodland walks, off-road biking, wildlife spotting, and proper pub grub all mere steps away, Lymington's bustly market town is also worth a visit (a short drive, or hour's walk away). Brockenhurst town (and train station) is a little over a mile away, and boasts a great selection of places to refuel and stock-up- alongside the ponies and donkeys who roam freely through the High Street!
