Combe Martin is on the beautiful north devon coast, Ilfracombe is 5 miles away, The world famous surfing beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton sands are all under 15 miles away, The market town of Barnstaple with transport links to London is 12 miles. Lynton & Lynmouth 15 miles and Stunning Exford, heart of exmoor under 20 miles.

Newberry beach Lodge is a bespoke, family run B & B, tucked away in the peaceful and picturesque Newberry Valley, nestling in the North Devon area of outstanding natural beauty. We are seconds from Newberry and Combe Martin Beaches, and we are the only B & B with stunning un encumbered panoramic views over Combe Martin bay and Exmoor National park. Newberry Beach Lodge is the only B & B in the village fronting directly on to The SOUTH WEST COSTAL PATH, just a step to the front gate. Due to government restrictions not all our facilities, communal areas will not be available, lounge, library and games room, LOCATED away from the main road, breath in the fresh air and listen to the waves crashing on to the beach. At night enjoy the star studied skies, almost no light pollution. As a family B & B there maybe occasions, when we are not going to be here when you arrive. Should this happen we will leave instructions on how to gain entry and directions to your room, via email, phone or letter. or all three. We will endeavour to be back as close to check in as possible PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ROAD FROM THE SAND AWAY CARAVAN PARK, IT IS VERY NARROW, IGNORE YOUR SATNAV AND COME IN FROM THE SEA SIDE ROAD WHERE OUR SIGN IS, THANK YOU. We can get three cars on the drive, please park within the bays as marked, parking is first come first served, We look forward to welcoming you in, see you soon.

Newberry Beach Lodge B & B is a pebbles throw from the Award Winning Newberry and Combe Martin beaches. We front directly onto the SOUTH WEST COSTAL PATH. At low tide a labyrinthine of rock pools, caves and even a old silver mine are ready to be explored. The bay is superb for kayaking, body boarding, fishing, and swimming. The Village shops, close to the beach, offer a varied selection of pubs, cafes and seaside shops Our home is understood to be have built in the victorian era, the king rooms have large bay windows, allowing you to listen to the stream and waves while laying in bed looking out over the bay and beyond, with valley views from the family adult room. All our rooms are individually styled. Our main room offers a king size bed with full ensuite Private bathroom - roll top bath & walk in shower. Our second Twin / king offers a newly installed ensuite shower room. The family suite has a double and two singles in separate rooms and the bathroom has a free standing roll top bath with shower hand set. All rooms have hospitality trays, tv, free wifi and hair dryer`s.
