Newlands Barn, a reverse-level property, consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility room with a washing machine, a dining area seating five guests, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a single serviced by a bathroom and shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a lawn and patio, as well as off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 2.1 miles you will find a shop, and 2.2 miles a pub.
