Newland's is a family based holiday rental in a quiet location, but within easy access to all the facilities. Free Private parking next to the property. Estuary Views from the decking. Very spacious and open plan social area Garden * Kingsize Bed with a dressing table, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lights. Ensuite double low threshold shower, wc, handbasin. Radiator * Twin room with full size single beds. fitted wardrobe. Radiator * 1 small double sofa bed in lounge *Family shower room, wc, handbasin *Double glazing *Central heating *Wrap around decking with ramp access and outside furniture *Smart tv in lounge *tv/dvd in Master bedroom *Gas cooker and hob *Microwave *Airfryer *Dishwasher *Kettle,toaster, coffee percolator. *All fresh bed linen - mattress protectors-duvet protectors-pillow protectors. * Towels can be hired, * No stag/hen parties * Please follow park rules, a copy of which will be inside your accommodation. Hi, We have had our own holiday home on park since 2019 and spend as much time as possible there. Newland's is lovingly used by our extended family and now open to other families to enjoy. We hope to meet you soon. Kay
