The lounge/diner features a large leather sofa to seat the whole family, stylishly furnished with contemporary decor, a TV with Freeview. A generous dining table for eight is positioned to overlook the garden, accompanied by a second TV for added convenience. Adjacent to the dining area and accessible via two steps is a utility room, equipped with a basin, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The kitchen boasts modern gloss units and is fully fitted with a built-in electric oven, gas hob, microwave, American fridge freezer, toaster, and kettle. A double bedroom on the ground floor has French doors opening onto the patio, while a nearby shower room includes a WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail. Upstairs, there are three modern bedrooms with wooden flooring—two spacious doubles and one twin. The large family bathroom is complete with a bath and overhead shower, WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail. Outside, the fully enclosed garden is divided into four areas. A stylish patio with outdoor seating overlooks the pool area, which is accessible via a few steps.
