The apartment is situated on the ground floor with its own private entrance accessed from Benedict Street. The spacious lounge includes 1 comfortable 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa that converts into a sofa bed with a 43inch TV and a selection of books and is decorated in a light and airy style. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The bathroom has a good size shower. Towels are provided for your convenience. The bedroom has a king-size bed, single bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. All bed linen, pillows and duvets supplied. You also have access to a shared courtyard.
