Number Twenty Four is a very popular, family friendly holiday rental. Just a stones throw from the eastern end of West Wittering beach and a five minute stroll into the village of East Wittering, the location is ideal for a seaside break. Sleeping eight plus two in four bedrooms, it is perfect for two families to share. ** Please note that the hot tub is an optional extra as it gets refilled for each guest that requests it. East Wittering is a vibrant village with a wide range of shops and restaurants, including a couple of small supermarkets, a number of independent grocery stores, a butchers, a bakery, a toy shop and a lovely gift shop called Beachcomber. For a special treat pay a visit to Simon in Candies Sweet Shop. The village also has some great restaurants. Drifters is a very popular choice with its relaxed and informal atmosphere, great food and an outdoor area perfect for chilling with a beer or cocktail. It is just a stone’s throw from the beach. The Drift In Café further up Shore Road and in the heart of the village serves yummy pancakes, smoothies and coffee. They are dog friendly, child friendly and are overall a very friendly and smiley bunch. Their surf shop does a good range of clothes by their own label, Wittering Surf and they also stock Fat Face. Dom Pizzeria on Shore Road does excellent pizza takeaways. To hire watersports equipment visit Shore Watersports on Shore Road. We would highly recommend a visit to Bob in his "Fishermans Hut" on the beachfront at the bottom of Shore Road. He is normally there between 11am and 4pm but it depends on the available catch. All his fish is freshly caught so get there early to get the best he has to offer. Whilst West Wittering is the area that most people have heard of because of its eponymous beach, East Wittering actually has more to offer in terms of holiday accommodation, many being on the beachfront.
