Nursery Cottage is a wonderful holiday retreat set in picturesque Kilmun on the edge of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, a perfect hide-away to relax and unwind in a beautiful and magical setting. Ideal for a family or couples looking to explore and enjoy this special place. The spacious living room features comfortable sofas to soak up the stunning location. Watch the everchanging views from the comforts in your living room through the large floor to ceiling windows. On chilly evenings cosy up and stretch out in front of the wood burner with a good book and your favourite tipple. For entertainment there is free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all the modern appliances, including a full-size oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The open dining area in the kitchen seats up to five guests. There are two well appointed bedrooms, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a double and single bed. Family bathrooms includes walk-in shower. One well behaved pet allowed - fees apply.

Nursery Cottage is surrounded by lovely woodland gardens, with spectacular views out over the river, loch and hills beyond. Ideal for bringing your pets with the many nearby woodland walks. There is a veranda / lean-to at the side of the cottage suitable for storing bicycles and outdoor gear. The nearest pub and convenience store is only a 10 minute walk away. Dunoon town centre is only 7 miles from the cottage with an array of restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs. Closeby is the historic Kilmun Mausoleum, Benmore Botanic Gardens, Kilmun Arboretum and Pucks Glen. For a day out exploring further afield visit the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Argyll's Secret Coast, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray. It's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland. The region is filled with places to see and things to do. The area is one big outdoor playground. Take your pick from walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, golfing and more.
