Set on a smallholding in the beautiful countryside with miles of footpaths to exploor & the Knapp nature reserve a short walk away. The stunning coast and beaches are great places to visit, Sidmouth just 5 miles away, Lyme Regis famed for fossil hunting, Beer with the roman Quarry, Branscombe a fishing town, Budleigh Salterton and more. Honiton famed for lace and pottery just 4 miles away with a street market every week. The A30 to Honiton then take the A375 to Sidmouth. The property is just off this road. Honiton has a rail station and Exeter International Airport is just 9.2 miles away. There is a rural bus route but the nearest stop is 0.7 mile from the property. Bridleways and footpaths direct from the property linking to the East Devon Way. The coastal path is about 5 miles away.
