Over Christmas and New Year period guests can enjoy a Christmas tree in all apartments.

No late night parties (that go on after midnight, that will disturb other guests) are permitted. Anyone found doing this will be asked to leave.

Our Wi-Fi is a Mesh system and should supply you with excellent Wi-Fi.

There is a newly re-furbished play park for small and older children just a few minutes' walk away, with facilities for small children and a bike track and skateboard park for older children.

We don't have the infrastructure or facilaties to charge any electric vehicals. There is however charging points in Broad street car park just around the corner.

We have no facilaties for storing bikes indoors, It is just a couple of minutes walk to shops, cafes and restaurants
