A detached oak framed barn on 1st floor situated within a beautiful quintessential Hamlet in a rural setting The property boast Amtico vinyl grey wood effect flooring . cream walls white ceilings . bathroom has ceramic tiles half way up and glass shower enclosure with modern controls ceramic sinks. The property is within close proximity of high voltage pylon and can be a nuisance from buzzing when wet. The Barn has sloping ceilings at the sides so can hamper tall people over 6.2”

Oaks Barn was built and completed in 2022 The main frame is of Oak timber. We are small holding with Goats and chickens, ducks. We have a large pond to the rear of the land .Seasonal fruit trees are in the garden . We provide fresh chicken eggs for our guest. Oaks barn lays between Sydenham village and kingston blount . Thame market town is 4 miles away . There is coach stop for London - Oxford at J-6 M40 1 mile away. Chinnor is 1 mile away. Oaks barn is in a quintessential Hamlet .amongst farming animals.. Local pub is a 10min walk away for local ales and great food.

We are a small holding just outside a village community with goats and chickens our neighbouring community is Cows and sheep farming . We have a village 5 min walk away with a church and pub. Good for star gazing at night . Wild life by day. Rabbits, Red kites ,and Buzzards all live amongst us .
