Made a late booking on a whim. Place was easy to find and very quaint surrounds. The room was very spacious and well appointed. Soft comfortable king bed, very clean. The bathroom was exceptional, with a large corner bath, waterfall shower with good pressure and two sinks. We had dinner in the Kite restaurant attached and were very happy with the meals. Breakfast was good selection buffet and the cooked food option was fresh and plentiful. Staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive.

Fabulously appointed self contained units with everything you could ask for! We particularly appreciated the mini fridge and fresh milk! Lovely little touches and great style. The bed is super comfortable and the shower room was perfect. We liked the environmentally.conscious approach! Brilliant!. We will be returning.... Breakfast delicious and plentiful, dinner equally impressive! Attentive and courteous staff.

The house is such a fun place— old yet very comfortable. Wished we would have made it in time for Sunday roast, as that looked grand, but the pub was lovely, cider was tasty, and the parking out back and the garden were both pleasant.

Idyllic location in a quiet and extremely beautiful little town. It seemed we were transported to another century as we entered the manor. We stayed in a family room with two separate big bedrooms. The rooms were comfortable with high sealings. Also the bathroom was very spacious and nice with a window overlooking the courtyard. Breakfast was excellent! Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

It was very peaceful if you need that get away feel .

It was very peaceful if you need that get away feel . Excellent continental breakfast and the eggs were fresh from the owners chickens . Nice view into country side . Host Kim and Gary were very friendly and helpful . The only thing I would say is if you are tall be careful with your head on the side of the room as the walls slant up to the ceiling as it is a barn conversion . Just remember to duck your head 😊

Great location for railway excursions at Chinnor railway. Very comfortable bed, room clean and had new carpet. Good tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits on tray, which was plentiful. Breakfast choice good with cereals,yoghurts and fruit along with cooked options. Overall great value. The hosts are fairly new and working on lots of things but doing a great job.

An excellent stay. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, dinner was exceptional. Car-parking included, free wi-fi worked well. Hotel is surrounded by countryside, so you may need to transport to get to other places! Worked well for me visiting Chinnor with the car, and a 3-mile circuit from the hotel made for a pleasant evening walk.

The room was very clean and quiet even though the location of the hotel is near the M40 motorway. The breakfast was excellent and I would recommend staying at this hotel due to hotel cleanliness, facilities and location.
