Located along a quiet country lane yet close to mainline stations the property is approximately five miles north west of Chelmsford and within ten minutes of Witham and Braintree. This superior private entrance, non smoking sound proofed accommodation would equally suit business or visiting friends and family offering complete privacy. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Accommodation offers a large open plan sitting room with freeview flat screen TV, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and bedroom area with a double bed. It can also expand with the use of two superior sofa bed settees. The bathroom consists of a shower, WC and basin. Linen and towels are provided The studio specialises in a home produce breakfast hamper at an additional cost. Braintree shopping village (Freeport) only 7 miles, Chelmsford train station 9 miles Chelmsford racecourse 4.5 miles Stansted Airport 21 miles Hylands Park 16 miles Colchester Zoo 17 miles. Historic Maldon is 8.7 miles whilst Southend Pier and Adventure Island is 29 miles. Oakwrights offers a paid airport shuttle service.

Dating back to the Domesday Book Terling is a beautiful village on the banks of the small River Ter. At the heart of the village is Lord Rayleigh's beautiful park of Terling Place and many of its ancient Grade 11 listed buildings are constructed of render and timber. The area is surrounded by the Essex Way with many interesting country walks. Terling Church dates back to the Medieval Ages. The Square and Compasses award winning freehold pub offers delicious food, real ales and fine wines only a five minute drive away. We are only a few miles away from the newly opened Chelmsford City Race Course. Sunday Times have listed Terling as one of the best places to live in Britain - March 2016.
