Children Spa Access & Swimming Times
Please note children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the spa (maximum two children per adult) and are allowed in our Spa building and Spa areas from 10:00am until 11:00am and from 3:30pm until 5.00pm daily. Children are not permitted to use the hot tub, jacuzzi, steam room or sauna.
Please note for reservations made within 4 days of the day of arrival, full payment for the stay is required upon check-in.
Dogs are welcome at a charge of £30 per dog per night for maximum of two dogs per room. We recommend booking a Cuckfield room or above to ensure sufficient space. Please note dogs are not permitted in the Spa Suites or Spa building.
