Goosander is a fine home to spend the week in Appledore, the stunning architect designed front lobby opens into a dining room with ample space for 10 guests. The stunning kitchen area is fully equipped and both rooms have access into the cosy lounge. There is also a downstairs toilet and utility room. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one king, one twin, and one exceptionally spacious bedroom with a king bed and single bed. The family bathroom is also on this floor. On the third floor there are two king rooms, both with en- suite bedrooms. Outside is the real selling point to this property, with a glorious acre garden with children's toys, swings, and plenty of breath-taking views. No more than 6 adults can stay at Goosander without prior permission from the owners.

Goosander is set back in a glorious acre garden from the main road leading away from The Quay, the heart of Appledore. Lined with small fisherman's cottages, it really is quintessential Appledore.
