A boutique ground floor maisonette just a 20-minute walk from Colchester town centre with easy access to the A12 and ample free parking. <br /><br />Everything you need is within walking distance, including shops, supermarkets, cafés, takeaways, and delivery options. Should you need that morning kick, help yourself to the coffee machine before relaxing in the private garden, curling up under a cosy blanket, or enjoying the patio and barbecue area on those long summer evenings.
