Converted flat in Georgian building Central Exeter Quiet location 15 mins walk to town. One double bedroom and small double sofa bed in lounge. Please note the bathroom is off the lounge so if 4 people using the flat you have to walk through the lounge to get to the bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. Free Parking space. NOTE: Several steep steps down to the entrance
Hi I have several properties one in Exeter and one by the sea in Kingswear and newly listed one on the river in kingsbridge I will be there to meet you or will leave a key in a key box if unavailable. I am close by if you need anything or have any questions
Clifton hill is a very nice part of exeter within 15 mins walking distance of the town centre There are several supermarkets within 10 mins walk away There is a good bus service, otherwise taxis are not expensive and it is not far to walk into town
