Osprey Lodge is a traditional stone built property developed out of a 200 year old coach house to create a luxury home with a wood burning stove and hot tub. The lodge features a double height seating area with a large westerly facing window with stunning views. Located in the Highland Region, 2 miles from Kingussie and 1.1 miles from Ruthven Barracks. The lodge has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as wood for the stove and robes for the hot tub. Guests can enjoy various activities including hill walking, mountain biking, bird watching, water sports, golfing and skiing in the winter months. The lodge is surrounded by rivers, wetland, the Cairngorm mountains and a vast array of wildlife. From your doorstep you can immediately access beautiful walking paths through the RSPB reserve. The nearest airport is Inverness Airport, 50.3 miles.

As well as Osprey Lodge, my son and I own 2 properties in Edinburgh and we work together to manage the letting of the 3 properties. It has been a steep learning curve but we have really enjoyed working together to develop the holidays lets. I mostly do the IT and Money management while my son, Gavin manages the day to day bookings and the communications. My family all love to spend time at osprey Lodge. The older generation like to walk, golf and birdwatch while the younger ones like to climb mountains, bike and take in the water sports. In the evening we enjoy coming together to relax, cook and relax in the hot tub.

There are no shortage of things to to do in the area depending on your particular interest. The lodge attracts walkers, birdwatchers, nature lovers, mountain bikers as well as folk who just want to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet.
