We both like meeting people & being hospitable, & are very focused on delivering a product that you will enjoy & feel fulfils your needs. We offer a friendly but none intrusive style of hospitality. If you want lots of local information we are here for you, but if you prefer to keep yourselves to yourselves, that’s also fine. We really look forward to greeting you.

Oxfordbnb continues to offer comfortable and enjoyable stays operating within the concept of the ‘New Normal’. Our B&B (which is completely separate from our family space) has a maximum of 4 guest rooms (typically 3 rooms). Business persons, academics and tourists have been staying with us for over 10 years. Our plan is to offer low occupancy or group/family bookings. Our ‘online’ availability may not reflect the rooms we have available. If you need to self-isolate due to symptoms becoming apparent, you will need to relocate as with only 3 rooms, we are generally fully booked. We offer well-presented bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms. We are available to help with local information if needed. The breakfast room, by arrangement, can also be used at other times to enjoy your own ready meals, as can the use of a microwave, fridge & washing machine/tumble dryer. We are located, near but not on a main road, 2.5 miles south of Oxford city centre, set in an urban environment but within minutes of the historic Bagley Wood and the iconic River Thames. There is a regular bus service to and from Oxford (only 15 minutes). Off street parking is available. We are only a short distance from the River Thames and a pleasant walk to the centre of Oxford. The village pub is within 5 minutes of our B&B, there is also nearby a Fish & Chip take-away, Indian restaurant, Chinese take-away, 2 village shops, a post office, doctor’s surgery, a chemist, & a launderette.

We are located, at the end Upper Road off a cul-de-sac, in the centre of Kennington Village (not on the main road hence a quiet location). An urban, but green, environment with central Oxford (only 2.5 miles away), the iconic River Thames Path & the historic Bagley Woods all nearby (10 minutes walk). A pub, village shops, post office, and chemist are a short walk from our B&B. With more pubs, restaurants, and takeaways within a short drive.
