Paddock Cottage has been stylishly and thoughtfully designed to maximise the space available. Pale shades of green, yellow, and blue create a calm and relaxing space, whilst the modern furnishings bring a sense of urban luxe to this rural retreat. The open-plan living area has a well-equipped kitchenette and a plump, comfy sofa, creating a cosy place to relax. There’s a sunny bedroom with double doors to a private patio and the smart shower room features dark green tiles and a corner shower. The Paddock Cottage sits in the grounds of the grand 1880s residence of Postlip House, located just a mile from the historic Cotswold town of Winchcombe, home of Sudeley Castle & Gardens. The town has a wide range of excellent pubs, restaurants, food shops and independent galleries, boutiques, and antique centres - all easily accessible via country footpaths or car. This is also one of the best walking areas in the Cotswolds, with the Cotswold Way, the Winchcombe Way, and the Isbourne Way all on the doorstep. Supermarkets and Shopping: Winchcombe has several food shops, including a Co-Operative Food store. Vale & Hills Family Butchers sells local meat, North’s Bakery sells a great selection of bread, pastries and baked goodies and Food Fanatics deli, wholefood store and café sell a wide range of speciality foods.
