Delighted to be able to offer our boutique style one bedroom ground floor flat in the heart of Falmouth. The property is well maintained and we use professional cleaners and a linen service. The courtyard is a haven after a busy day sightseeing or browsing the high street which is meters away. Here you will find restaurants, bars, local shops, galleries and lots more. The property is walkable to Events Square and Falmouth Docks. The famous Ghylly beach is a 10 minute walk. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of thirty pounds, please advise when booking. We maintain this property to a high standard and earlier this year, we replaced and upgraded the ensuite shower room. We have noted our guests feedback and have purchased a king size bed and a sofa bed for occasional use please request on booking - linen supplied at forty pounds. We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely apartment in the heart of historic Falmouth.
I have been hosting in Falmouth for over 5 years and what a privilege, I now live down here as Falmouth is unique and has so much to offer on the door step. I love coastal walking, sea swimming, paddle boarding and the ever changing restaurant bar scene is amazing - never a dull moment. Friendly holiday vibe all year round.
Guests love the convenience of the location as they are close to the high street.
