Set in woodland on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, Park House is the perfect location for those wanting a quiet rural escape. It is also situated within metres of both the Coast to Coast and Cleeveland Way national trails and is ideal for walkers looking for accommodation during their walk.

Brett has been a professional chef for over 30 years, having been trained by a Michelin star chef back in Australia before moving to the UK over 20 years ago. Most recently Brett was working as a private chef in the Cotswolds before taking over Park House in early 2024. He now enjoys sharing his passion for cooking with our guests by providing a delicious, two course, home cooked meal for weary walkers. Guests wishing to dine with us during their stay are kindly asked to contact us and book their meal in advance so that we are aware of numbers and can cater for any dietary requirements.

Situated within the North Yorkshire Moors, Park House is the perfect stay for people wishing to explore the beauty of this national park. We are also less than 1 hours drive from the historic towns of Whitby, Helmsley and York, and also just one hour from the vibrant city of Newcastle upon Tyne
