Noise Warning - This property is located above a very popular and busy restaurant. The space I'm very excited to welcome guests to my spacious and well equipped upstairs flat just outside of Newcastle City Centre. I hope it forms the start of a memorable stay in the city. I have enjoyed sourcing comfortable and stylish furniture that will allow guests to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. My property sleeps up to 6 guests (2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom which contains 2 single beds). My property is close to the A1 which allows gives quick an easy access to Newcastle Airport and is also close to direct routes into the City centre. Ground Floor: The private entrance is located on the ground floor to the right of the main building. You will enter small indoor space with a staircase immediately ahead. Upstairs living area Once up the staircase you will find the master bedroom through a door on the right hand side. Continuing straight on gives you access to the living area with a large sofa suit and a table and chairs. The property is located within a large residential area around 3.0 miles outside of Newcastle City Centre. There are a range of fantastic restaurants, pubs and bars close to the property. I would highly recommend the ChaiShai restaurant which is on the doorstep of the property. The neighbourhood is very friendly and I am confident you will leave Newcastle with a great experience.
