This stylish house is perfect for friends and families to get together. Modern, spacious property conveniently located in Nottingham, Pear Tree House is a chalet bungalow that has been extensively renovated to provide a lovely family home. Conveniently located for QMC Hospital, Nottingham University, the M1 J25 (5 min drive), East Midlands Airport and more. Pet friendly property. Please note that this is not a party house. The house is located in a residential area, so consideration for neighbours is very important. No loud music or parties allowed, and noise to be kept to a minimum if returning from a night out.

The property is conveniently located as follows: * Less than a ten minute walk to the Toton Lane Tram Stop which gives you good access to the universities and Nottingham town centre * 300m to the nearest bus stop * Five minute drive from Junction 25 of the M1 * Less than ten minutes drive to the University of Nottingham
