Three elegant and stylish cottages enveloped by big skies and soaring mountains. Whether hill hiking, gorge trekking or exploring the local market towns our three cottages are the perfect escape. Pop open my complimentary bottle, relax and enjoy your stay! The cottages are nestled under the Blorenge Mountain and are only a few feet away from the Llanfoist to Brynmawr Cycle Path, there are endless choices for walks nearby. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is something in particular you require e.g., birthday/anniversary decorations or if there is more about the area you would like to know. The Cottages include Sugarloaf Cottage (one bedroom), Skirrid Cottage (one bedroom) and The Cwtch @ Pen-y-worlod (two bedroom). Our cottages are are perfect for couples, young families, small groups and business trips.
Alison and Dean would love to welcome you to Pen-Y-Worlod Cottages. We have three elegant, charming and modern cottages to offer: - The Cwtch @ Pen-Y-Worlod - Sugarloaf Cottage - Skirrid Cottage The Cwtch is our two bedroom cottage with private garden, BBQ and private hot tub. Sugarloaf Cottage is our one bedroom cottage with private terrace and private hot tub. Skirrid cottage is our one bedroom cottage with no hot tub. We are more than happy to organise any birthday, anniversary or any other surprises you may have, please contact me and i will do my very best to make your stay special.
The cottages are set in a small village just outside of Abergavenny, with a supermarket (Waitrose), pub (The Bridge Inn) and Indian restaurant (Spice Lounge). The village itself is in close distance to numerous market towns with lots to offer. There is plenty of choice of restaurants, cafes, shops and places of attraction such as museums, historic sites and so forth. Must visit places for food: - The Angel Hotel - Casa Bianca - The Gaff - Pizzaronte Must walk mountains - Blorenge - Sugarloaf - Skirrid - Table Top - Pen-y-Fan Must see attractions - Abergavenny Castle & Museum - Big Pitt
