Newly refurbished to a high standard, this lovely holiday cottage has a large lounge and dining room with a log burner, spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, the other a walk in shower, 2 large king size bedrooms with TVs and a lovely twin room with a TV, which can also be turned into a super king on request. Property comfortably sleeps 6 people, has a large fully enclosed garden which is pet and child friendly, patio with furniture, BBQ and a quiet seating area at the bottom of the garden. Private parking is available next to the property. All bedding and towels are provided for your convenience and a welcome pack. For larger groups there is another cottage you can also book adjacent to it with a hot tub which sleeps 5 people, search hot tub pet friendly luxury cosy cottage Patrington. Both properties are behind the local pub which serves real ales and fantastic food.

I live on a farm about 6 minutes from the holiday home, and enjoy riding motorbikes and am a shop fitter by trade. I previously renovated a derelict property adjacent to this one as a holiday let with a hot tub, and enjoyed it so much I decided to do this one as a holiday let as well

The cottage is next to a lovely country pub, and attractions include Spurn Nature Reserve, Withernsea, lovely quiet beaches, rural walks, The Deep in Hull, and about 40 minutes from Hornsea. Welwick is a quiet village on the East Coast, and is famous for the Gun Powder Plot, as this is where it was all planned at a local farm.
