There are also many independent cafes and restaurants to sample and enjoy. The nearest main city is Chichester and lies to the north with Goodwood just a short distance, host to The Festival of Speed and The Revival as well as Glorious Goodwood. The famous Weald and Downland museum where The Repair Shop is filmed is approximately 20 minutes drive from Wittering. For the avid shopper you may want to take a trip along the cost to the west where you will find Gunwharf Quays outlet shopping together with some fantastic bars and restaurants.
