Only the garden gate separates us from the open forest. Ponies, cows and donkeys wander past and geese fly over to land on Setley Pond. You have a private entrance and fenced off area of the garden to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. The door under the porch opens into a lobby with the shower room and bedroom either side. Enjoy a delicious full English breakfast, fresh fruit and yogurt on your own in the breakfast room. We only let the one room so you will be the only guests. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge for guests’ use in the breakfast room. Well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a lead outside the fenced off area of the garden and not allowed on the beds or sofa. The open forest is just outside the gate where dogs can be off the lead. We are right in the forest so travelling by car or bike is best. Lockable bike storage is available. We also have stables available if you want to bring your horse for an additional cost. We have our own horses, chickens, ducks as well as dogs and a cat. Children can collect their own eggs for breakfast.

Walk around the pond and watch model boats sailing or look for the ducks. The Filly pub is within walking distance.
