The house dates back to 1892. Poole Farm will appeal to those looking for a place to relax and appreciate the views, as well as those who enjoy walking or cycling along the surrounding quiet lanes and river banks. On the Devon/Cornwall border - an ideal base from which to explore the two counties.
Poole Farm is situated on the Devon/Cornwall border adjacent to the River Tamar with access to Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor and the North Cornwall Heritage Coast. Roadford Lake is within 5-miles of Poole Farm and offers sailing, brown trout fishing, attractive lake walks and a restaurant. Other local attractions include Launceston and Tintagel Castles, Launceston Steam Railway, Jamaica Inn, the Eden Project and many National Trust locations including Lanhydrock and Cotehele.
