🚭Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.

🚮Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee.

🕔Standard Late Checkout Fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs.

🚫Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.

💰 The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, excluding the £3 admin fee, following a successful property inspection.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
