Situated just 150m from Port Eynon’s Blue Flag beach, Port Eynon Beach Cottage is perfect for a beach holiday or as a base to explore everything the Gower Peninsular has to offer. The cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests. The first floor can accommodate 6 in one master bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite, as well as a double bedroom and one twin bedroom (2’6” wide beds, adults also welcome!) that share a family bathroom. A further double bedroom with ensuite is conveniently located on the ground floor. The entrance (with access to a downstairs WC) leads into the dining room with a large table - perfect for dining and board games - leading into a fully equipped kitchen that includes an induction hob, microwave, full-sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washer dryer and additional dining table and chairs. The lounge is a well-proportioned space and benefits from a smart TV, relaxing sofa’s, a log burner, and the cottage’s original front door which provides access to a small outdoor seating area and a gate which makes the walk to the beach even shorter! Accessed from the driveway, the main garden is grassed with a paved seating area and is fully enclosed for those who don’t leave home without the dog! Private parking is available for 2 vehicles. The cottage is let on a Saturday to Saturday basis during school holidays, whilst stays of a shorter duration are welcomed outside these dates.
