This newly renovated chocolate box cottage is positioned by the side of Lumsdale Ponds and falls. The serenity of the water and the quiet countryside position leads to Primrose Cottage being the ideal place for a relaxing break on the edge of the Peak District National Park. A gentle reminder that this house is a cottage therefore has low ceilings and beams. Please note if you are wishing to use the TV, please access the apps through your own personal accounts. ONE well behaved dog and responsible owners welcome, Please keep all pets off the furniture. Parking for one car ONLY. Secondary car parking space will be street side by Highfields Secondary School, which is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. Please read the provided house rules upon checking in to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. We ask that you treat Primrose Cottage as your own and upon check-out leave the property as you found it. Please report any breakages at the end of your stay.
