Appliances include a Rangemaster with oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, TV, Wi-Fi, pool table, and table football. The bedrooms include two double, one king-size, one twin, and one single served by a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and a shower room with walk-in shower. Outside there is an enclosed garden and parking. Within 0.2 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. With three theatres offering everything from pre-West End plays to international singing stars, theatre-goers are spoilt for choice when visiting this delightful coastal town.
