Prospects is a single-storey apartment situated within the coastal resort of Salcombe in Devon. It comes equipped with three bedrooms, made up of a king-size with an en-suite, a further king-size and a bunk bedroom, there is also a family shower room, the property can sleep six people. Inside, also discover a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room with a gas fire. The exterior of the cottage offers visitors off-road parking for one car and a decking with furniture. Prospects is a modern apartment for groups of six looking to escape to Salcombe’s beautiful coastline. Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
