Rainors farm is a traditional lakeland farm house on a working sheep farm. We are a family run business that offers one ensuite B&B room within our home. Rainors Farm is situated just outside the village of Gosforth on the way to the beautiful valley of Wasdale. We are a 15 min drive from the base of scawfell pike.
We offer a full English cooked breakfast along with ceral, fresh fruit and yogharts, fresh fruit juice and tea and coffee.
I'm a hard working mum of two. Myself and my children run the farm together as a team. We like to go walking, swimming, cycling and meals out.
The village of Gosforth has numerous pubs to choose from for meals out. There's a little village store for bits and pieces.
The seaside village of seascale is just a short drive away.
The valleys of Wasdale, Eskdale and Ennerdale are all in easy driving distance forsome fantastic walks alternatively we are in easy reach of Sellafield,, Whitehaven or workington should it be a work trip.
