The property, Raj Rentals, has been recently refurbished and the décor is contemporary. There is plenty of natural light as the windows are large and the house is spacious and very clean as we have two cleaners who regularly clean the rooms. We have last year worked on the patio and we are now focusing our efforts on the garden which at the moment is work in progress!

I manage the property rentals for my son Raj and I have nearly 40 years of experience of renting. We also have a couple of rooms in our house which we rent and these are advertised as Luxury Home where currently we have some availability for a single spacious room. Our house is situated on the Four Oaks Private Estate

The house is located in the green suburb of Four Oaks and the National Sutton Coldfield Park is within walking distance as are all the local amenities as well as the Butlers Lane Train Station and the bus stops are virtually outside the house. The Mere Green shopping centre has recently been modernised and there are the local Supermarkets, Aldi, Sainsbury and Lidl as well as small restaurants located on the back and there is ample car parking. Mere Green also has all other facilities such as a Gym, Chemist, GP surgery, a Post office etc
