Raleigh House is an exquisitely furnished, three-storey cottage set within the coastal resort of Salcombe in Devon. It plays host to five bedrooms which are made up of; a super-king with an en-suite, a double with an en-suite, two twin rooms and a bunk bedroom, along with a family shower room, the property is able to sleep 10 people. The accommodation also offers an open-plan living area comprising a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside, discover off-road parking for two cars as well as roadside parking, there is also a rear enclosed garden including a terrace with furniture and a lawned area. Raleigh House is a beautifully furnished holiday home for family and friends looking to come together and escape reality. 2 dogs allowed No stags or hen do's or large parties of young adults. Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
