My property was converted by myself and is therefore unique. It retains original features yet has modern insulation and facilities . It previously housed my cattle and previous owners used to milk their cows in the stalls for a couple of centuries. It is situated within my farmyard which overlooks the field. So security wise I am close by at the top of the yard in my Farmhouse, yet the cottage is not overlooked by anyone. Set less than a mile from the village you can easily reach the A485 and A40 to go on trips out or walk along country lanes

I enjoy hosting and in fact am a Carmarthenshire Tourism Ambassador trained to assist visitors with ideas to make the most of their visit however short. I love 1980s classic Ford cars and own a few which enables me to take part in classic car tours on fantastic scenic routes around Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion , mostly raising funds for charities .

Our valley is very quiet and rural yet not isolated . Surrounded by livestock in fields and few people yet only 3 miles from our County town of Carmarthen and loads of beaches in all directions within 45 minutes. I love walking up the forest tracks . Brechfa Forest begins just 4 miles away
