Hello, I am Neil. I am married, with 2 dogs, a mother & sister in law. I come bottom of the food chain in our house. But I have come to accept that. We have several holiday lets, which I manage. I live just up the road, so I am about at a moments notice for anything you may need. I am a typical aging man, I like to moan and get under my wife's feet. I hate walking unless its to actually go somewhere. This job though is my passion. I get lots of kind reviews, which is lovely as I do put an extensive amount of effort in to making everyone's stay better than they hoped. I believe that we all work hard for our money and it needs to be spent well. With this in mind I offer the best I possibly can with service, hygiene and venue quality. This is paramount to me.

FREE PARKING & fast WIFI Our 18th century cottage is a quintessential English chocolate box 3 bedroom home from home. Beamed ceilings, traditional ceiling drying racks, stone walls, fireplaces, mullion windows & a shaker style kitchen with modern art adorning the walls, makes for the most wonderful harmonising of eras. UPSTAIRS: 3 bedroom each with deep double mattresses, hotel quality bedding & pillows, with hypoallergenic mattress & pillow protectors. The bathroom has a waterfall shower, bath, loo and sink. Downstairs: A large living room. 2 sofas (1 of which is a sofa bed) a soft seating bench & a poof. A 49`` smart TV, with NETFLIX, AMAZON & NOW TV. A record player & around 100-80s - 90s records. In addition to a roaring gas fire. The kitchen hosts everything you would need for a full on dinner party for 8 people. There is also an air fryer & a Nespresso machine. The dining table is easily extendable with chairs for 8 people. Who also have a Hive central heating system. OUTSIDE:- In addition to a secure side courtyard, where we have secure bike racks for 8 bikes & security lighting. We have a extensive rear garden. Fully dog escape proof. A high end hot tub & outdoor furniture.

This neighbourhood is amazing quite frankly. Well I live in the area so I should think that. Whilst being semi rural & having breath-taking walks down both the canal and river paths & the historic Calverley woods, which are around 50 metres away - oh and we have wild parrots in the trees around the river & canal. Cycling - West Yorkshire - enough said - boom! Restaurants, bars, country pubs, supermarkets, cash points etc are all in walking distance. However you would never know when inside the house or the back garden. We are minutes away from, Calverley, Horsforth, Cookridge, Pudsey, Farsley, Rodley, Rawdon, Yeadon & Guiseley. Leeds, Bradford, Ilkley Harrogate are all less than a 20 minute drive. But even better Apperley Bridge train station is literally a 5 minute walk or a 60 second drive (with free parking). 9 minutes in to Leeds centre. We have a comprehensive information folder inside offering oodles of local knowledge on everything from a beauty salon to great walk and restaurants.
