Experience the estate’s much-loved events, visit Shakespeare’s Stratford-Upon-Avon and soak up the tranquillity of this hideaway’s rural atmosphere. With its impressive garden, wood-fired hot tub and ample space, Ridgeway Farmhouse has all the qualities of a blissful getaway. It is the policy of this property not to take bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under the age of 25, or single-sex group celebrations, including stag/hen parties. Please note that additional guests above the maximum capacity are not permitted. Ragley Hall regularly hosts popular events such as The Game Fair and Classic Ibiza. We advise that you check their calendar of events prior to booking as there can be some noise disruption and congestion on surrounding access roads. 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing dogs and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. Please make yourself aware of the hot tub rules and hours of use. An additional fee of 75 GBP applies and it must be requested at the time of booking.  The hot tub will not be lit on arrival and we are unable to take requests for this to be prepared. If you would like bedroom 2 to be arranged as a Twin, please contact us directly 7 days before arrival. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due.
