Probably one of the best places we've ever stayed! The staff, location, service and rooms are exceptional. It's also very good value for money. There are huge grounds with a beautiful lake. The dinner and breakfast were all good.

A pleasant stop over on our journey to Manchester. It is a fairly quiet location. Clean and tidy. Nice added extras for both humans and doggies in the reception area. Nice variety of things on offer for breakfast. I had a v nice raspberry croissant. Free parking is a bonus.

My trip to Bromsgrove was to visit friends around Birmingham when I lived there many years ago, a small country town, surrounded by country villages but not far from Birmingham City Centre, a great place to base yourself when planning daytrips around the midlands .

We liked Bromsgrove.

We liked Bromsgrove. Nice friendly town with plenty of places to eat and drink. Good location to visit birmingham and other towns Recomend Banners restaraunt in Aston fields. The golden cross is a wetherspoons so does cheap food and drink.

Rooms was great and staff was friendly but the bar and restaurant service wasn’t great unfortunately food was very expensive and quality wasn’t great and having to be waiting for long time to be served either bar or restaurant 😞😞

Beautiful comfortable lounge and bar area. TV in bar for anyone wanting to watch the football. Bedroom was very spacious but the bathroom needed updating. Breakfast had everything to suit everyone and the food on the bar menu was also excellent value. We were there to meet up with family and very much enjoyed the meals in Ego at the Forest which is a twenty walk away or a short Uber trip. Cadburys World is also worth a visit.

An overnight stay in a really good hotel.

An overnight stay in a really good hotel. People can be put off by the Britannia Hotel name but Britannia Elite is in another league in a any event! Huge bedroom size, food and drink were very good and all at reasonable prices. The staff were amazing, too!

Just what we expected, if you want modern go to a premier inn. We received a very friendly welcome at reception and was told we had received a complimentary upgrade. Lovely views over the lake and grounds. Watched a heron fishing in the morning in the lake. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good and the evening meal was fantastic, great value for money. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Chose the hotel on the basis of its location relative to an event I was attending. In hindsight should have travelled further afield. The only redeeming quality of the place is the friendliness and willingness of the staff to help. Mostly poorly trained and incompetent ... but friendly and willing none the less.
