South Sands beach, popular for watersports, is within a quarter of a mile, and the town centre is approx 2 miles via the picturesque cliff and coast road. Also, a regular passenger ferry service runs from South Sands to the town centre during the summer. Situated on the ground floor, facing the water, this spacious apartment retains the original high ceilings and features of the building.
