perfect waterside setting! Set by the River Bure in the heart of the National Park Norfolk Broads village of Horning, walking distance of pubs, restaurants, and Living/dining room: Smart TV, Sofa Bed (Double) Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine Bedroom: double bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. 1 small dog welcome. On road parking; additional public car park, free of charge. No smoking. Please note: There is a river in the grounds. Aptly named River breeze has a wonderful riverside view along the River Bure. Whilst relaxing on the sofa, you can enjoy watching the boating
