Fishing permitted in season from the garden! Boat hire is available locally and our guests receive discounted rates on Canoe rental. We highly recommend exploring the Norfolk Broads from this idyllic location – pre booking with a local company is advised.  Situated in the village of Brundall, which has its own railway station, shop/post office, mini-market, hairdresser, Chinese takeaway, Pizza takeaway, fish and chip shop, Indian restaurant, Cafe & bakery and local pubs serving good food. Quaint towns, villages and beautiful beaches are close by, as are an abundance of family attractions and beauty spots to suit everyone. The train station is just a stroll from our lodges with links to the fine city of Norwich only 8 miles away, with its excellent shopping, theatre, restaurants, inns, cafés, castle and museum or Great Yarmouth for an ice-cream on the beach and the Pleasure Beach with rides and amusements to keep all with rides and amusements to keep all the family happy.
