A comfortable apartment with visitors own outside seating areas to front & rear of the property and parking for one car. A pleasant 7- 10 minute riverside stroll to beach & town makes River Walk an excellent base for couples. Ideal for a "throw the car keys away" holiday break. Should you prefer to arrive by public transport we are usually able to offer collect & return by car from Axminster Railway Station at a reasonable price - please contact hosts.

The town & beach front have plenty of eating places including wine bars & pubs with music some evenings. Paddle Boards, Crazy Golf, Outdoor Table Tennis, Fishing Trips are all available along the beach front & Cobb Harbour. Additional entertainment can be enjoyed at THE MARINE THEATRE where occasional FILMS are also shown and is situated close to the one-way traffic lights at the bottom of town. River Walk is a good starting point for the pleasant off road walk along the River Lim to Uplyme where you will find The Talbot Arms PH & The Black Dog Cafe & Garden. Should you wish to travel out of Lyme there are BUSES to Bridport, Dorchester & Poole. Also to Seaton, Axminster & Exeter. The mainline RAILWAY STATION (London to West Country) is at the market town of AXMINSTER only 6 miles away.
